HOSEGUARD® AIR FUSE
HoseGuard® – Protection of personnel, machinery and equipment against hose whipping.
This protection unit is a cost-effective way to ensure compliance with several guidelines for the effects of a broken hose. The HoseGuard® will instantly reduce the flow of the supply line when a burst of a hose occurs. The unit is triggered by the increased difference in flow caused by a broken hose. The HoseGuard® is equipped with a reset function that allows some minimal flow once the HoseGuard® has been activated, this assures an easy and automatic reset of the pneumatic operation.
IN-LINE AIR REGULATORS
SaveAir®
The SaveAir® is an inline membrane regulator, applicable in various compressed air systems. The regulator provides a stable pressure point even by high inlet pressure fluctuations. The pressure is set by the factory and cannot be tampered with.
ToolReg®
The piston-regulated ToolReg® is designed to prevent overpressure and dynamic pressure waste on any pneumatic tool or application. The pressure at the tool cannot be tampered with as the ToolReg®’s pressure point is set by the factory. These Characteristics provide operators safety and prolong the tool’s life drastically.
IN-LINE FLUID REGULATORS
FluidReg®
The pre-set FluidReg® is a membrane regulator for compressed air and fluid system applications. Regardless of the inlet pressure, the FluidReg® provides a constant and stable output pressure, which is set by the factory and is therefore tamper-proof.
The pressure of water supply lines is constantly fluctuating and is generally too high and depends strongly on the height of the building. The FluidReg® delivers a stable and constant pressure independent of the fluctuating pressure of the supply line.
EcoReg®
EcoReg® – Fluid regulator for drinking water and other liquids, NSF certified.
The FDA-certified material Grivory® GV-5 FWA is ideal for critical application areas such as drinking water, food industry, medical industry, etc.
The use of lead-free materials is growing in importance in particular as an alternative material for drinking water applications, where health standards are high. As an alternative material to conventional brass or lead-free brass TRI-MATIC offers the EcoReg® pre-set fluid regulator made of Grivory® and stainless steel.
